Corona Labs

Corona SDK is a cross-platform framework that allows developers to create 2D games and apps up to 10x faster than other platforms using easy-to-learn Lua. With Corona API’s we creating a 2d games to OS X, Android and Windows.

About us

Overview

The club was founded by a small group of computer science students of computer game design specialization. The main ideological leader of the club – Aleksander Sierżęga, thanks to which the computer game design specialization in University was created, who has extensive experience in creating games, is the founder of the studio computer games “SIGMA Games Manufacture” and later manager of the club. It is also a great help in the formation the club took the Edip ŞENYÜREK, through which all meetings and events of the club have been possible. The club is open to all students. To join the club – just come to the meeting of the club or contact the club coordinator.

Mission

Our mission is to connect the largest number of students with different abilities together. We want to show that the game took a crucial role in today’s IT world. We also want to open in others the desire to create a game (whether programmers, artists, designers, architects, writers, managers, musicians).

Goals

Our club was created with the practical basis, so our main objectives are:
– Taking a part in a large project to create games (board, card, computer, mobile);
Opening the best individual abilities (programming, game-art design, animation, story, level design etc).
The study of various games mechanics, artificial intelligence.
Learning VR technology.
Communication on the themes of the gaming industry.

The ultimate goal – the creation finished project/s, followed by the show at most of the world of gaming forums.
